Payment. Online payments will be made via Paypal. On receiving notification from Paypal re: goods sold, all goods will be despatched within 2 working days. If it is a weekend or bank holiday or if there is a postal strike goods will be despatched on the next available working day. If for any reason the goods purchased are received damaged then contact Nicki Parkin-Jones via email or if you have not received the goods within 14 days also contact Nicki Parkin-Jones as above and a replacement item will be sent out. Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to any charges incurred.

Pricing

All items offered are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If an item purchased is out of stock, the item will be sent as soon as it is back in stock. Postage and packing is an additional charge on some items. Where this is the case it will be stated next to the product. If you need to return an item(s) the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask the post office for a proof of posting. Goods will only be gift wrapped if requested via email. CD and crystal pouch sets are sold gift wrapped.
