Crystal Chakra Journeys contains seven guided meditations working with the subtle vibrations of the base chakra, sacral chakra, the solar plexus, heart chakra, throat, the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. Each meditation is separate to the next, giving you the flexibility to pick and choose what meditation you feel drawn to and need. The meditations are designed to be short but effective (7-9mins), ten minutes is all that is needed to play your chosen meditation, relax and go within to different dimensions for peace and balance.

Relax and ground your energy with The Oak Tree visualisation, sense support with The Salmon Bubble visualisation, for energising and lifting your mood use The Sun Meditation, for letting go and sensing freedom dance in The Magic Meadow, for flow and communications use The Blue Pool visualisation or for a deeper sense of connection use Angelic Light.

Where there is imbalance use one of the crystal chakra journeys to help restore calm and focus within. Each chakra meditation is designed to still the chatter in the mind and move your focus to the journey you are about to embark on.

Using the crystal stated at the beginning of each meditation is optional not essential. It is not recommended to use this CD whilst driving.
