Wednesday 21st December, New 20 week course on crystal awareness and how crystals can be used to deepen our own self development and enhance other healing modalities. Learning how to use crystal energy in a responsible and grounded way, connecting to crystal guides, meditating with crystals, using crystals for home and healing, aura protection and lots more.
The course will be run from Monday 6th Feb, to run on Mondays weekly, 7pm-9.30pm from The Pentire Hotel Newquay.

Meditations from Cornwall
Over the coming winter months Nicki will be working on another guided meditation cd. The meditations on the cd will be written in situ at particular places in Cornwall, natural sounds will also be recorded and blended into the meditations. Having been born in Cornwall Nicki senses and feels the magic that this special place has to offer. Many people visit Cornwall on holiday and Nicki feels these meditations will be a way to reconnect with Cornwall, relaxing and taking one's energy bodies into the vibration of specific places in Cornwall. The background sounds that will accompany the meditations will be a mixture of natural sounds, drums, singing bowls, rattles and water, combined they will be quite powerful meditations. Still a few places left on the wednesday monthly crystal group. The group meets monthly 7pm-9pm and covers healing with crystals, different crystal vibrations, healing others and yourself, crystal meditations, chakra, colour and first aid crystals. The groups are ongoing, there is no set time period, individuals gently working at their own pace to bring in positive changes on all levels. Crystal meditations done at the end of each meeting to centre and relax each person. If interested contact Nicki. At the moment the website is going through a number of small changes (just like us all) and i am currently working on the idea to bring in a discussion forum. The idea of the forum will be so people are able to connect and be able to express their experiences with crystals but also with the guided meditations. I have people recalling their wonderful and opening experiences when working with the crystal guided meditations and i feel it would be useful for all to read these experiences as we all learn from each other. If you have any ideas on what else you would like to be on the forum then let me know. Also new to the site is the shop. The shop has specialised crystal gift sets and meditation cd's for sale. All the gift sets are personally made up by myself (filling each gift set with lots of love and gratitued) and sent out by first class post. Blending subtle sounds, guiding voice using reiki, clear intention and beautiful images (key cards enclosed) this double CD brings deep relaxation, clarity and calm to body and mind. These tools combined act as a food for our soul. The more we feed ourselves (soulfully), the brighter and stronger our light within grows.
Each guided meditation takes you to a place of peace and stillness, giving you the opportunity to see without your physical eyes, listen without your physical ears and sense deep wisdom and guidance that can only be felt whilst in the silence.
Enclosed are 5 key cards with 4 images on each card. The crystal photo is used to visually infuse you with the vibration/resonance of that particular crystal and the gate or door image helps you to open into the depths of the self, visually giving you a doorway or gateway to enter your meditation. The other 2 images help towards the ambience of the guided meditation. All four images on each key card act as a key or trigger, unlocking passages within the spiritual, emotional and mental bodies, bringing in transformation (growth, release) on many subtle levels.
Allow the images to act as keys, opening doors to depth within the self, gaining clarity and a higher perspective to situations/barriers in your life. Positive change and transformation on all levels. These meditations encourage you to progress, evolve and grow towards your highest potential and always for your highest good.
Crystal Cathedrals takes the listener into different dimensions of healing. Working with the image cards enclosed the listener is able to sub-consciously hold these images and once into the meditation these images can help the listener connect with the place that they are being taken to through the guiding voice of Nicki Parkin-Jones. These guided meditations have been tested on groups of people to gage the level that each person reached during the meditations. These meditations have been found to take the person into deep levels of relaxation, stilling the busy everyday mind, enabling the person to be able to truly listen in the peaceful place that they have been taken to and receive some form of profound healing whether that be in the form of connection to their ancestors, connection to guides and higher beings, mental clarity or clarification on certain issues, emotional cleansing and release of blocks/barriers and a sense of being taken out of everyday reality giving them a higher perspective on the earthly issues that may be troubling them.
On each track the person is guided through to a different dimension (level of being) and then gently left to digest whatever healing takes place (generally 20 mins) and then in the last few minutes of the meditation the person is brought out of the dimension and grounded back into the here and now. Nicki's voice acts as an anchor, gently guiding you back into earthy awareness. Some group members have described these meditations as spellbinding and are really overwhelmed by the depth of each meditation. These meditations are like keys, opening up doors to deep forgotten knowing within themselves.
Each time the same meditation is done, the listener is taken to the same place of being but may experience a different form of healing or clarity. Everyone is individual and depending on what is occurring on their life path, this can be reflected in the meditation.
It is strongly advisable to not listen to these meditations whilst driving. Give yourself some ME time and listen to the meditations in a quiet space to receive the optimum effect.
